Option A – Excel template:
  1. Download the template table (.xlsx).
  2. Fill in one row per sample in Excel and save.
  3. Upload it back here. The table below fills in automatically.

Option B – directly here: type in the table below, or copy rows from Excel and paste them into the first cell.

Comparisons *

Choose which groups to compare. The groups are taken from the Group column above, exactly as written. For each comparison, the numerator is the test group and the denominator is the reference (e.g. KO vs WT → fold change = KO / WT).
